ADHD Peer Support Group Sheffield is attended and run by adults who have ADHD or think they may have ADHD. Anyone who feels they meet this criteria is welcome to attend meetings. The group follows and embodies the NSUN Peer Support Charter.

The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month and the fourth Monday of each month. You can receive updates about when the next meeting is by joining their mailing list, which you can do by emailing them.

Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month and the fourth Monday, from 6pm – 8pm, at the upstairs meeting room at the NHS Walk-In Centre on Broad Lane in Sheffield. This is a few minutes walk from West St (Sheffield city centre) which is well served by buses and trams. There is a council run pay and display car park opposite the Walk-In Centre in front of the Co-op. They ask that people choose one of these sessions (Monday OR Wednesday).

If there are any changes, they will do their best to notify all members on the mailing list, usually around 24 hours before the meeting or as soon as they are made aware.

The group also occasionally has friends or family of attendees joining sessions as well as professionals who work in areas relating to ADHD, neurodiversity and mental health.
